Claudia El Hage
Claudia joined the firm in 1992 and was member of the team until 2005.
She acts as legal advisor, litigator and arbitrator .
She provides legal consultancy and practices as litigator in all aspects of civil, corporate, commercial, administrative, regulatory and compliance. Business criminal fields mainly in Construction, Contracting, Engineering Consultancy, Project Management, Real Estate development, Corporate, Commercial, banking, M&A.
She represents international and local entities in various transactions and before the Courts and in domestic and international arbitration proceedings as well as in other alternative dispute resolution procedures and annulment recourses.
Claudia is ranked as a Global leader in Construction in Who’s Who Legal 2019 , 2020 and 2021 She is also ranked in Chambers and partners 2020 and 2021 and she is the exclusive winner of Lexology Client Choice Award for 2021 in Qatar.

She has obtained her law degree and a Masters degree in private law from Saint Joseph University and a certificate from Harvard University on Leadership and Negotiation.
