Liwaa practices in commercial and corporate litigation and advisory, with expertise in corporate and commercial law, contract law, labor law, and insurance law. His practice also covers arts and entertainment law, intellectual property, tax law, energy law, and spans fields and industries such as healthcare, pharmaceuticals, media, film production and distribution, technology, and telecommunications. He advises local and international clients on domestic and cross-border operations and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, legal structuring, contractual matters, and dispute resolution.

In parallel to his legal practice, he is a Lecturer in Contract Law at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of Saint-Joseph University (USJ), where he teaches with a comparative Lebanese and French law approach. He holds a Master’s degree in Private Law.

He is admitted to the Beirut Bar Association. 

He is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
