Mira Nour joined the Firm in September 2024. She practices across a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, financial transactions, compliance, and regulatory. She also provides legal advisory to companies and MSMEs, particularly in relation to scaling into new markets and navigating cross-border legal frameworks.

In addition to her corporate practice, Mira is involved in advisory and litigation covering civil, commercial, financial, real estate, maritime, criminal, and employment matters and cases. She advises and assists clients comprehensively, handling matters from structuring to dispute resolution. A growing focus of her practice is on energy law, notably oil and gas–related matters.

On a personal note, she has a professional interest in matters related to anti-corruption, transparency, and good governance in Lebanon. She also contributes to improving access to justice by providing legal guidance to individuals without formal representation.

Mira holds a Master 1 in Private Law from La Sagesse University.

She is a member of the Beirut Bar Association 

She is fluent in Arabic, English, and French.
