Nour joined the Firm in June 2019 and was a team member until September 2024. She is specilized in Private Client matters focusing on estate and succession planning accross multiple jurisdictions, in addition to her corporate and commercial practice.
She also practices all types of litigation, notably in relation with the civil and commercial fields, in addition to alternative dispute resolution cases, in particular commercial arbitration.
Nour graduated from Saint Joseph University Beirut in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Lebanese Law, as well as a master’s degree in Corporate Law before obtaining a higher master’s degree in International Private Law and International Commerce from Paris II Pantheon Assas University. Additionally, she holds a LLM in International Business Law from King's College London.
Nour has taken part in several programs and obtained relevant certificates, notably in ADRs, international criminal law and humanitarian law. She has also published various legislative insights on Lebanese laws related to fighting corruption, data protection, bank secrecy, consumer protection, etc.
She was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in February 2020.
On a more personal note, Nour is involved in various humanitarian initiatives notably through Lebanese NGOs to which the firm offers pro-bono legal services.
Nour is a French, Arabic, English and Portuguese speaker.
