Our Lawyers
Rami is a legal trainee at Tohme Law Firm (since September 2025). He supports the firm’s private-law practice across family, civil, commercial, corporate, tax, and employment matters. His role is adaptable and team-driven: he contributes where the file needs him most, with a strong emphasis on rigorous review, comparative legal research, and clear research notes/memoranda, and responsibilities that expand as cases evolve.
Rami holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master 1 in Private Law from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, and a Master 2 in Comparative Private Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Drawn to the socio-legal dimensions of private law how rules operate within social and economic contexts he authored a thesis titled “La notion de famille en droit libanais et français des successions au prisme de la dévolution légale et volontaire.”
Before joining the firm, Rami completed internships at two law firms and published multiple articles on legal issues. This path strengthened his research skills, sharpened his issue-framing, and refined a writing style that turns complex materials into reliable, usable options for decision-makers.
Colleagues value his composure, precision, and talent for translating complex law into clear advice. He works comfortably across Arabic, English, and French sources, keeping analysis both rigorous and accessible.
Outside the office, Rami contributes to civil rights and social-action initiatives with youth, students, and workers.
