This panel examined the specificities and challenges of advising clients from jurisdictions that present unusual hurdles to typical cross-border representation, such as reporting and disclosure obligations, creative strategies and structures, as well as pitfalls associated with planning in these jurisdictions.
The IBA conference was an opportunity to get acquainted with updates in different international legal fields and to meet with lawyers and law firms from all over the world.
