TLF team of lawyers held their annual workshop for the year 2023 on Friday, August 18, in Tannourine-Lebanon. Our members kick-started the workshop with an assessment of the past year and came out with an action plan for the implementation of the firm's strategy during the upcoming year.
In the second stage, the team engaged in a discussion around "Culture and Mindset" to determine the firm's target culture pillars-which were determined to be Growth, Well-being, and Interdependence; Our lawyers also worked on determining the key behaviours that should underline each of these pillars in the firm's daily life.
