Our managing partner Carine Tohme had the pleasure to attend the ThoughtLeaders 4 Private Client conference that was held in Dubai from the 24th to the 26th of September, and to speak at the session titled “International problems and International solutions” together with eminent fellows Joëlle de Cerjat Santa Cruz, Charlotte Evans-Tipping and Abdulla Ziad Galadari from the UAE, Switzerland and the UK.
The conference covered a wide range of subjects and several jurisdictions regionally and locally, such as strategies to prevent succession warfare, the new structures in DIFC and ADGM, tax insights, banking issues, and different wealth planning matters specific to Middle Eastern clients and Sharia structures.
This conference was an opportunity to liaise with experts and expand the Firm’s network in this field, for which we express our special thanks to the organizers Ajay Wiltshire, Nicholas Holland, and Heba Al Emara.
